Is this a real purchase?
No money is charged today. Reserving a tier locks in your discount and your spot in line. We will email you to confirm and collect payment when production opens.
How is this different from a normal pre-order?
We are bootstrapping production batch by batch. Founders and Early Birds directly fund tooling and certification — that is why these tiers get better pricing than standard launch pricing.
When will it ship?
Founders ship first, then Early Birds, then Reserve. Estimated production windows are shared in your confirmation email and updated as components arrive.
Can I change my tier later?
Yes. Reach out to support before payment is collected and we will move you up or down a tier (subject to slot availability).
What if you do not hit the goal?
Your spot rolls over to the next batch and your locked-in discount is preserved. You will never be charged for a product we cannot deliver.
